Stainless Steel Tuna Hook Size Chart Physical Specifications
This stainless steel hook is specially designed for tuna fishing, featuring high strength. Due to the relatively thick wire of the hook, we adopt a two-stage forming process during production to ensure consistency in the hook profile and dimensional accuracy. The barb section is processed using carbide cutting tools. These blades are sufficiently hard to machine the barb without burrs while ensuring excellent sharpness of the hook point.
Each tuna hook eye is chamfered to prevent damage to the fishing line. The hook ring is manually welded to ensure stronger bonding and to avoid weak welding issues such as cold welds or false welds.
